Our plan management services simplify your NDIS experience. We offer reliable financial intermediary services that help take the stress out of your NDIS journey. We take care of managing your NDIS funding, so you can focus on getting the supports you need and live a meaningful life.

We take the time to get to know you,

We set up your budget as stipulated in your NDIS plan. We then help you stay on budget by sending you monthly reports and providing you with access to up-to-date balances.
We pay provider invoices within 1-2 business days of receiving the funds from the NDIA.
We take care of the paperwork and record-keeping for you, giving you peace of mind.

We obtain all the necessary information from you and your support team to make sure your claims are according to the NDIS requirements and are within the requirements of your NDIS plan.
Your provider invoices are sent to invoices@essentialplan.com.au.
You can tell us if you want to approve the invoices first before we make the claim.
We claim your invoices through the NDIS portal. Once the NDIA approves the claims and releases the funding, we pay the invoices within 1-2 business days.
We keep you informed, send you monthly statements, answer your queries and give you access to our plan management system to track your funding in real-time.
