How can I sign up with EPSS?
Signing up is easy and you have a few options:
- Use our online sign-up form
- Send as an email including a copy of your plan to admin@essentialplan.com.au

Budget Monitoring
The NDIA expects NDIS participants to track their budget and spending. We help you do this by sending you monthly statements. These reports contain a list of all invoices paid through your plan for the month, remaining funding, and other important details. We also provide up-to-date information by giving you access to your Participant Dashboard.
Participant Dashboard
You can access the up-to-date balances of your plan managed funding as well as your paid invoices. We will send you a registration link. Once you have registered, you will never be left in the dark about your funding balances.
PACE plans – EPSS to be Endorsed
To ensure smooth and efficient management of your NDIS funding, it is crucial for EPSS to be endorsed as both “My Provider” and “My Plan Manager.” You need to let the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) know this, as well as letting them know our business details:

Please also request the NDIA to grant us access from the start of your plan to ensure continuity of service provision.
Without this endorsement, the NDIS portal does not let us access your funding which means we cannot pay your invoices.

Using your NDIS funding – Reasonable and Necessary Checklist
Before purchasing supports through their NDIS plans, the NDIA requires participants to consider the Reasonable and Necessary Checklist. You can supply a completed checklist to us in some cases and it is useful for your own records.

We can provide reimbursement to you when you purchase NDIS fundable supports. You can fill out the Digital Participant Reimbursement Form here.
