PACE plans – EPSS to be Endorsed
To ensure smooth and efficient management of your client’s funding, it is crucial that EPSS be endorsed as both “My Provider” and “My Plan Manager.” You will need to assist your participant to contact National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) to do this.
To complete the endorsement, the participant will need to provide following details:
- Business Name: Essential Plan Support Services
- ABN: 94 638 628 574
- Provider Number: 4050064635
- Postal Address: PO Box 85, Cannington WA 6987
Please also request for the NDIA to grant us access from the start of the NDIS plan to ensure continuity of service provision.
Without this endorsement, we are unable to access the necessary funding and process payments of provider invoices.

You can access the up-to-date details of your participant’s plan managed funding and the paid invoices.

Support Coordinator’s role – keep an eye on the Budget
We want to assist you with the planning and coordinating the supports for NDIS participants as expected by the NDIA. NDIS outlines on the website What your support coordinator should do including the following:
“You can work with your support coordinator to arrange a schedule of services which reflects your goals, needs and how you want to use your plan, and fits in your NDIS plan budget.”
Our plan management system allows us to make budget allocation to providers. You can send us the budget allocation or even better, the service agreements for your clients and quarantine funds for the specific providers. Send the budget allocation to admin@esentialplan.com.au.
You can also see the up-to-date details of the participant plan managed funding and the paid invoices once you register with us. See Participant Dashboard.
Using NDIS funding – Reasonable and Necessary Checklist
Before purchasing supports through their NDIS plans, the NDIA requires participants to consider the Reasonable and Necessary Checklist. To build your client’s capacity in implementing their plan, it is recommended that you support them by discussing the checklist and explaining the Reasonable and Necessary requirements if required. Your client can supply a completed checklist to us in some cases and it is useful for your own records.
